VS Wash Cartridge
The VS Wash Cartridge is designed to deliver VS Clean to VisionSort as part of routine cleaning, typically performed at the end of an instrument run cycle. During instrument start-up, VS Sheath is run through the VS Wash Chip to pre- pare the instrument for sample runs. The VS Wash Cartridge does not require calibration, but can be used to calibrate instrument fluidics and prevent crystalli- zation of sheath fluid within the instruments microfluidics system. The VS Wash Cartridge is easy to install and reusable, promoting longer instrument lifetimes and high-quality analysis and sorting.

VisionBeads serve as an essential control to evaluate the calibration and perfor- mance of VisionSort. VisionBeads contain a mixture of 20 μm beads . Vision Live Suspension Solution
Vision Live Suspension Solution is specially formulated for optimal recovery of sorted fractions of live or fixed cell suspensions using VisionSort. It is a ready-to-use sterile buffered solution containing FBS as a protein carrier to minimize heterophil- ic antibody interference and sodium azide (0.09%) as preservative. The solution can be used as a diluent for Cell Staining, Cell Washing, Cell Suspension, or antibody preparations. In addition, the solution can also be used to suspend cells for sorting experiments.

Celluminate Blue is a cell-permeant fluorescent dye for monitoring long-term cell location and movement for its stability in live cells. Its blue excitation/emission spectra are ideal for use in the FL1 channel of VisionSort. It can also be used for flow cytometry and fluorescence microscopy applications.

Celluminate Green is a cell-permeant fluorescent dye which is non-toxic and sta- bly fluoresces for at least 72 hours without affecting cell viability or proliferation. Due to its long term cell lineage tracing property, it is retained within cells , allow- ing to study cell divisions and cell migrations over extended periods and can also be used for multi generational cell movement tracking. Its green fluorescence is ideal for use in the FL2 channel of VisionSort. It can also be used for flow cytome- try and fluorescence microscopy applications.
